Shipping & Digital Delivery Policy

Nexora Alpha, a brand of Nexora Global Private Limited, currently sells digital Confidence Kits™ and downloadable educational resources.

1. No Physical Shipping

Our Confidence Kits™ are digital products. No physical item, printed book or package will be shipped. No shipping or courier charges apply to these digital purchases.

2. Digital Delivery

After successful payment confirmation, your purchased digital content will be delivered electronically through a download link or access instructions sent to the email address provided at checkout. Where enabled, download access may also appear on your order confirmation or order status page.

3. Delivery Timing

Digital delivery follows successful payment confirmation and order processing. Payment verification, technical issues or email delivery delays may occasionally affect when you receive access.

If you have completed payment but have not received your download email, check your spam, junk and promotions folders before contacting us.

4. Accurate Contact Information

Please provide a valid email address at checkout and check it carefully before completing your purchase.

If you entered an incorrect email address, contact us with your order number and correct email address. We may need to verify your purchase before updating your details or resending access.

5. Download and Access Issues

If your download link does not work, a file cannot be opened or you receive an incorrect file, email us with your order number and a description or screenshot of the issue.

We will investigate and help restore access or provide the correct file. Any applicable refund will be handled under our Return & Refund Policy and applicable law.

6. Device Requirements

You will need an internet connection to download your kit and a compatible application, such as a PDF reader, to open the files. Please review any product-specific requirements before purchasing.
